  1. On your mobile device, download and install Zoiper
  2. Open Zoiper and select ‘Agree & Continue’
  3. Enter your username and password – username is usually a phone number like this 01234567
  4. Click ‘Create an account’
  5. In ‘hostname or provider’ enter fuse2.net
  6. Select ‘My provider/PBX requires an authentication username or outbound proxy’
  7. Enter your username (which is just the account number)
  8. In the ‘Outbound proxy’ enter proxy-em.genband.com and select ‘Next’
  9. It will run connection tests and usually fail them all. Select ‘SIP UDP’
  10. Select ‘Allow’ for each service access request
  11. Click OK on ‘Don Not Disturb Access’
  12. Test incoming and outgoing calls
