Call Reports & Recordings
Using the phone portal you can view calls and download call recordings
To do this first log into to the Uboss phone portal using the log in details given to you by TST.
Once you have logged in select Reports > Calls > Call Logger Standard >
From here you can then select the correct date range you should be able to see all your calls and by scrolling right you see an icons to listen to and download your call recordings
Within Uboss if you go to Report > MIS > Call Recording Listen / Download then select the date range and user and you can see which recordings have been listened to and downloaded which is a useful verification / security feature.
