Archiving

When archiving is enabled, from that point on a read only copy is made of your Inbox and Sent (from that point forward).  This is for compliance purposes and not a method for reducing the size of a users mailbox.  The read only Inbox and Sent cannot be changed and shows a static picture of every email and conversation which can be referred back to.
