These Office365 software download and install instructions only apply to users who have purchased their Office365 subscription from TST. If you would like an Office365 subscription from TST, please get in touch:
- Open a web browser and go to the URL https://portal.office.com/
- Login with the credentials that we have sent to you – if you don’t know what these are, contact us
- Once you are logged in to your Microsoft Office365 account, click on the ‘Install Office’ button on the top right of the page
- Select ‘Office 365 apps’ from the drop down menu
- Your software will start to download – this will only take a minute or two (depending on your connection speed)
- Once the download completes, select the downloaded app and the installation will start – follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation
- Following the successful installation, open one of the applications and you will be prompted to activate Office365
- Use the credentials send to you in an email from us to activate the Office365
