Accessing your 3CX Call Recordings

  1. Log in to the admin portal which will be located at https://companyname.3cx.co.uk
  2. Enter your login details (sent to you in the ‘Welcome email’
  3. On the left side menu select ‘Recordings’
  4. Call recordings will be listed in a table on the main part of the screen
