Transferring calls on your deskphone

To transfer a call:

1.  Answer the call on your phone
2. Press the ‘transfer’ button on your phone
3. Dial the extension number that you want to transfer to
4. Depending on your phone/model press Transfer/blindtrn/Send/dial
5. Your call will disconnect when the call is transferred
