3CX Conference Calls

  1. Log in to your 3CX web portal
  2. Select ‘Schedule Conference’ from the left side menu
  3. Choose the ‘Type’ of conference – Audio or Video
  4. Select when you want the conference, either ‘Now’ or ‘Later’
  5. Enter a ‘Subject’
  6. Enter any ‘Notes to Participants’
  7. Select the calendar type that you want to use to add an appointment
  8. Click ‘Create Meeting’ and this will create the meeting
  9. Any invitees will receive the notification or you can send them the details.  The meeting summary contains the number that outside conference participants will call to join.  Internal users can call 700 to join.  Each conference has a unique ID that the participants will enter to join the conference.
