Manage your 3CX status

1, Log in to the web interface

2. Select ‘People’ on the left side menu

3. On the top right hand side of the page is your avatar with your current status displayed next to it

4. Click on the drop down menu next to your status and select your new status – if you want to leave a custom message, select the pencil next to the required status, then click OK

5. Set the status temporarily to automatically time limit the status

6. Green means available, yellow on a call, red is busy and calls will go to voicemail
