To add your hosted exchange mail account to your iPhone and iPad, follow these instructions:
Step 1: Go to Settings, then Mail, then Accounts
Step 2: Select “Add an account”, choose the type as “Exchange”. You may be asked to provide the email address and a description. The latter can be whatever description you would like to use.
Step 3: When the option presents itself, choose to “Configure Manually”
Step 4: Add these details in the appropriate fields:
email: (the full email address of the account that you want to add)
server: cluster1.exchange.outitgoes.com
domain: (leave blank)
user: (the full email address of the account that you want to add)
password: (your email password)
Accept/Done or Save the settings to complete the process
Green tick marks will appear next to each setting to show that it has authenticated successfully
On the next screen, you can select/deselect whether to sync Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders and/or Notes
Click Save
Set up is complete
