New email account settings required for hosted mailboxes

As part of our server upgrades to improve security measures, over the next few months we’ll be disabling a legacy authentication method on our email platform.  Please note that this does NOT apply to users on our Zimbra Secure Business Email platform.  If you would like to upgrade to our Zimbra Business Platform rather than making these changes, please get in touch.

This change does not mean you need to change your IMAP/SMTP server, only that you review the authentication method used.
