Accessing Voicemail

To access your voicemail messages and change voicemail settings, you can either use the desk phone buttons or log in to the Voicemail portal.

To listen to voicemail messages on your phone, press the voicemail button on your phone or dial 1001.  Follow the voicemail voice prompts.

If you have the option selected to have voicemail messages emailed to you, an email is sent to your elected email address when you miss a call and someone leaves a voicemail. To activate or changes this option:

Log in to the end user portal

Select the ‘Service Settings’ tab

From the right side menu, select ‘Voice Services’

On the left side, enter the email address that you want the voice mail to be email to in the ‘Email Address’ box

Open a web browser and go to the voicemail portal here

Enter your username – contact us if you don’t know what your username is

Enter the password and login

Click the messages tab where you will see a list of voicemails that have been left

Click the ‘play’ icon to listen to the message(s)
