Call recording is an additional paid for service on the CloudFusion VoIP service. If you would like call recording enabled on your VoIP account, please contact us.
Once call recording has been enabled, it records every call made & received.
To access you call recordings, open a web browser and go to the URL https://callrec-em.genband.com
Log in with your username and password
Enter your search scope in the box on the left side to find previous recordings
To listen to the recording, select the speaker icon in the left side column and use the controls on the top right to pause, fast forward, rewind and play the recording
