Updating firmware

Your VoIP phone will need to have the correct version of firmware for the autoconfiguration to work.  For 3CX, this means the specific 3CX firmware and for Cloudfusion, this means the latest manufacturers firmware.  To update your phone firmware, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your phone web interface
  2. On the Yealink phones, select Settings > Upgrade
  3. Click the ‘Choose file’ button and browse to your downloaded firmware file
  4. Select the firmware file and the click ‘Upgrade’
  5. Do not close your browser or move away from the page until your phone reboots and comes back online
  6. Once your phone has restarted, check that the firmware has been upgraded
