Change Password

  1. Open your web browser and go to the web mail login here: https://zimbra.protectedservice.net
  2. Login using your email address and password
  3. Click the ‘Preferences’ tab
  4. It will open on the ‘General’ option selected in the left side menu
  5. On the right hand side, click the ‘Change Password’ button
  6. Enter your current password, then your new password, finally confirm your new password, click ‘Change Password’
  7. Click Save on the top left of the page
